We were delighted to welcome Doncaster Rovers’ Jack Senior and Luke Molyneux to Doncaster Foot Clinic this month for an exclusive tour of our brand-new Heather Court clinic – our second site in Doncaster. The visit was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the cutting-edge facilities, advanced diagnostic technology, and gold-standard treatments that make Doncaster Foot Clinic the number one destination for lower limb care and injury rehabilitation in the region.
As professional footballers, both Jack and Luke know how crucial it is to keep their feet and lower limbs in peak condition. We’ve been celebrating the opening of our new Heather Court clinic, as it marks an exciting expansion for Doncaster Foot Clinic. Designed from the ground up with athlete-level rehabilitation and diagnostics in mind, it features some of the most advanced podiatry technology available in the UK, including:
- Diagnostic Ultrasound Scanning for pinpoint accuracy in identifying soft tissue and joint issues.
- Shockwave Therapy for chronic tendon and muscle injuries.
- Laser Pain Relief Therapy for fast, non-invasive pain relief and tissue repair.
- Sidas Podiatech Premium Station for the creation of fully custom orthotics tailored to each individual’s biomechanics.

A Look at Jack and Luke’s Session
During their visit, Jack and Luke had the opportunity to see our technology in action. Our podiatry team began by assessing the range of motion in their feet and ankles – a vital step in understanding how previous injuries, tightness, or muscular imbalances can impact performance.
Using our diagnostic ultrasound equipment, we then explored areas of past concern to demonstrate how we identify and monitor internal pathologies. This non-invasive imaging allows us to see tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue in real time, giving immediate insight into the cause of pain or restriction.
For Jack, who had previously suffered from an Achilles issue during pre-season, it was a chance to revisit his progress. A few months ago, we used our Laser Therapy to treat his Achilles tendon injury – and we’re thrilled to say that he’s now completely pain-free. During this visit, we applied a brief round of laser therapy again, this time as a maintenance treatment to support tissue health and resilience.
We also used shockwave therapy to address some contracture in Jack’s calf muscles – a common issue among footballers due to the repetitive load and explosive demands of the game. This treatment works by delivering controlled waves into the muscle, stimulating blood flow, breaking down scar tissue, and encouraging the body’s natural healing response.
Meanwhile, fan favourite Luke was introduced to our Sidas Podiatech Premium Station, the system we use to design and manufacture custom orthotics with precision accuracy. Using a combination of pressure mapping and 3D moulding, we were able to create Sidas orthotics tailored exactly to Luke’s foot shape and movement patterns. The result? Immediate comfort and enhanced stability – which are key factors in reducing fatigue and preventing future injury. Luke was impressed with how natural and supportive his new orthotics felt straight away.
